RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

- In the event of a defective item, we are committed to providing you with a working replacement.
- Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for defective items; however, we guarantee a replacement.
- Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to record an unboxing video.
- This is essential for processing replacements.
- We reserve the right to verify the unboxing video you provide by comparing it with our own recording.
- If you encounter a defect, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your order via email to customercare@i-dil.com.
- If a defect is identified, you will be responsible for returning the item to us via Indian Post only.
- Please include a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned item.
- Once we receive and verify the defect, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs based on the official Indian Post rates.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to photography or display settings.
- Please note that replacements will not be accepted based on color differences.
- For kurtis, kindly check the size chart before making a decision to ensure the right fit.
- Once payment is received, orders cannot be canceled.
